We are happy announce that the Town of New Tecumseth Community Improvement Plan is once again providing grants for qualified applicants. These incentive grants are in place to promote the conservation, enhancement and beautification of the buildings in the Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Area.

Landowners and tenants within the CIP area are eligible to receive grants and loans. The loans and grants are available for facade and signage improvements, parkland dedication, planning application and building permit fees and upgrade to building code.
